"Peaks Place 3.5 Classic" is a thoughtfully designed 3-room vacation rental spanning 70 to 72 m², comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 wall-trunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests. Both of the 2 double bedrooms are appointed with modern and comfortable furnishings, creating a restful atmosphere throughout the apartment. The 2 bathrooms are configured separately, with one bath and WC and one shower and WC, ensuring convenience for all occupants. The property also features a balcony complete with outdoor furniture, providing a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside, as well as a box-room for additional storage needs.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
