"Le Phare 1.4" is a charming 3-room vacation rental apartment of 40 m2, situated on the 2nd floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a well-thought-out layout that makes excellent use of the available space. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and meals, with direct access to a 10 m2 east-facing balcony that offers a pleasant view of the port. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, each room equipped with its own flat screen television. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped to meet all essential culinary needs. Balcony furniture is provided, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoor space and the surrounding views.
