The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a well-thought-out layout that makes excellent use of the available space. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and meals, with direct access to a 10 m2 east-facing balcony that offers a pleasant view of the port. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, each room equipped with its own flat screen television. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped to meet all essential culinary needs. Balcony furniture is provided, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoor space and the surrounding views.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
