Located in the middle of nature in Kiilopää, this cottage which is built in 1985, offers a great setting for a relaxing cottage holiday. Total area 110 m² of which 86 m² downstairs and 24 m² on the lofts.

You can prepare tasty meals in the kitchen and there is space in the living room to spend time together with the whole group. An open fireplace adds cosiness and warmth to the cottage. Another fireplace is located in room with fireplace and the room separated by a folding door from the livingroom.

The cottage has two bedrooms, each with two bunk beds. The lower bed is 100 cm wide and the upper bed 80 cm, with 17 cm thick mattresses. In the room with fireplace there is a convertible bunk.

The loft above the room with fireplace has a window, free floor space and a child gate to keep children safe when playing there. Steep stairs to the loft.

A round log cabin built in 2001, located in Haveri Holiday Village in Viljakkala, Ylöjärvi. Kyrösjärvi Lake is 250 meters away via road, with a shared beach available for guests. A rowing boat is available for common use at the beach for guests of the Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano cabins.

The ground floor features a living area, kitchen (renovated in 2018), a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower and WC, and a sauna with a wood-burning stove (the sauna and washroom were renovated in 2024). There is also a covered porch.

The upper floor has a lounge area with one bed, two bedrooms (each with three beds), a WC, and a balcony.

The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.

The yard includes a barbecue area. There is a trampoline (with a safety net) for children, shared between Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano, located at the corner of the Kaivoskartano plot; use is at your own risk. The holiday village area also offers a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and mini-golf course.

Lake Konttaisenjärvi (length 1 km, width 500 m) is located about 200 meters away from the cottage along a path. There is a pier (in shared use with one cottage) and own rowing boat on the beach. The beach is shallow and hard-bottomed sandy beach and is also very suitable for children. The area also has excellent fishing waters.

Downstairs there is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. The living room has a fold-out divan sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two people. Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with two beds and an open loft with one bed. For younger holidaymakers, there is also a travel cot with mattress, high chair and potty.
