65 km northeast of Kuopio, Syvärinjärvi 400 m, shared beach 1.5 km, no boat. A log-built, two-storey three-apartment complex located in the Tahko ski resort, completed in 2005.
The semi-detached apartment Asterix is in an excellent location, on the edge of a peaceful park forest on a corner plot and yet only a couple of hundred metres from shops, a village bar, restaurants and the event venue. The centre of Tahko is about half a kilometre away.
The premises of Asterix are on two floors, downstairs there is a living room + kitchen, where a fireplace creates an atmosphere, and an air-source heat pump is used for additional heating/cooling. The bedroom has 2 beds, plus a dressing room and TV, a bathroom and sauna, and a separate toilet, an entrance hall. The loft has a separate bedroom with 3 beds and a comfortable lounge area with 2 beds, and a fold-out chair bed as an extra bed. In addition, a spacious, furnished terrace, a charcoal grill in the summer, an outdoor storage room for storing skis.

Description
High-quality detached cottage near the western slopes of Tahkovuori, 5 km to the western slopes, 18 km to Tahko ski resort. The cottage is best suited for families and couples.
The log cabin has three floors; on the middle floor there is a living room / kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet and a terrace. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, a sofa bed in the lobby with 2 extra beds. Both upstairs bedrooms have office chairs and desks, 2 x screens / desk and lamps.
Downstairs living room with fireplace, washroom (2 showers and another toilet), sauna with wood-burning stove. There are steep stairs to the ground floor, but the ground floor can also be reached by turning around from the outside.
The cottage has 5G internet connection (100 mb), 4 screens (27 inches) for teleworking, a Smart TV. There are also hairdryer as well as indoor soccer and corona table games at the cottage. Outside there is a barbecue hut. For children 2 Stiga sledges and 2 sledges. Summer outdoor games: e.g. badminton, petanque, dart board.
Garage and hot tub are not for guests to use.
The distance to the shore of Lake Syväri is about 70 meters. On the way to the shore you have to cross Tahkomäentie. Rowing boat for clients using is in Tahkomäki public boat shore, which is situated about 750m from the fork in the cottage road to the left. The cottage was built in 2000 and renovated in 2022. The latest update to the interior and equipment was made in spring 2025. The cottage has a spacious living room and kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with beds for two. A large sauna invites you to wash off the dust of the day after an active day and the spacious bathroom has two showers and a washing machine. The cottage also has a drying cabinet. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher to make your holiday easier.
