The same staircase descends to the basement level, which houses the remarkable wellness area. The use of the indoor SPA, including the sauna, hydromassage shower, and internal heated pool, requires 2 days prior notice. The heated outdoor pool requires 4 days prior notice for activation.
Pets are accepted at the property in small size only. Acceptance must be previously authorized by the owner, who must be informed of the number of animals, their size, and breed before arrival.
The tourism tax amounts to 2 per person per night for the first 7 nights of the stay. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this charge.
The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning.
