There is a pathway leading to the beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives.
There is a 1 km unmade driveway leading to Camporempoli. It was partially cemented at the end of 2013 in order to make it more easily accessible.

The pool can be heated on request and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
