The pool area in particular is set in a secluded and very panoramic position, where guests can entertain and relax enjoying the most spectacular views on Lucca and its towers , definitely one of the most beautiful views available on the plain of Lucca. The garden is fully fenced thus granting complete privacy. An appealing pergola creates the perfect shelter where to gather together for 'al fresco' meals or just relaxing admiring the views.
Starting from the 2020 season, the villa will feature a fenced swimming-pool.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
