The garden is planted primarily with lawn and enriched with numerous species of Mediterranean plants, herb bushes, and a variety of flowers. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival. A large, exclusive swimming pool area is set in a panoramic position within the park, reached along a drive of approximately 70 m bordered by hedges. The rectangular non-heated swimming pool measures 7 x 17 m, with a depth varying from 1.40 to 1.80 m. It is lined in PVC, features chlorine purification, and is equipped with submerged steps for easy water access. The surrounding area, finished in stone and lawn, is furnished with elegant sunbeds, umbrellas, a cold-water shower, and a small shady seating area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
