This apartment represents the largest communal area, ideal for the full group to gather together. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a large bathroom with shower. The second apartment, also accessed from the ground floor, features a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people, 1 bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor of this apartment, there are 2 double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, and satellite TV. Heating is available and metered separately. The owner resides approximately 500 meters from the villa, ensuring that guests enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the entire estate, including the pool, while remaining readily available to assist with any requests. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. A late check-in after 7:00 PM until 11:30 PM is available, and check-in later than 11:30 PM must be arranged in advance and may require additional fees. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charges in the event of damage. Immediately behind the house, just outside the living room French windows, a terracotta-paved patio has been arranged as a fully equipped outdoor dining area, complete with a sun umbrella and a stone-built barbecue, making it an ideal setting for leisurely meals in the open air. From this patio, a few steps descend to a green lawn, naturally framed and sheltered by hedges and a picturesque vine screen, at the centre of which stands the private swimming pool reserved exclusively for the use of guests. The oval-shaped pool, accessed by Roman steps, is lined in PVC and features a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.20 metres, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that renders it perfectly usable even during the evening hours. A stone walkway leads directly to the pool from the house, and the surrounding lawn sunbathing area is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables, and umbrellas. A cold-water shower is also available poolside for guests' convenience. The swimming pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
