Situated in a rural landscape, it is completely isolated, surrounded by vineyards, groves of olive trees, and fields that change their colors seasonally. The villa is on 2 floors also connected via a lift: on the ground floor there are beautiful halls and living areas while on the first level there are 10 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
This refined and well-kept property is also ideal for the organization of special events and weddings (there are beautiful rooms which can be rented extra together with the villa for special events).
The villa’s location is convenient for visiting Tuscany and Umbria.
