Good 3 /5This Castello is a fabulous experience due to the history and the setting of the Castello. The Staff is really helpful and accommodating. You are 5 minutes away from wonderful restaurants, markets and on the Strada di Chianti.
The accommodations are beautiful but not excellent because the kitchens are sparsely outfitted, no microwave, no toaster, only a coffee maker, two burner gas cooktop and a small refrigerator. It is hard to feed a family for a week out of the kitchens. There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms, nor screens on the windows. As long as you are prepared for this you will have a wonderful time at the Castello Montegufoni.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
