The 70-square-meter house is modernly furnished and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine. It is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware, and all the small accessories needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The television doesn't have satellite channels, but it's connected to Wi-Fi and it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, AppleTV, etc... so if you have streaming subscriptions, bring your passwords!
No gas risks: the house is entirely electric (air conditioning for heating and cooling, and an electric water heater).
The price is all-inclusive, and upon arrival you will find the beds made up, with towels, and the rooms heated or air-conditioned.

The large swimming pool, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, serves as the centerpiece of the outdoor area, offering a refreshing retreat during warm summer days. Adjacent to the pool, a dedicated al fresco dining area features a stone barbecue, table, and chairs, providing the perfect setting for outdoor meals and convivial gatherings. A beautifully appointed shared upper patio, accessible directly from each apartment, is furnished with elegant garden sofas and tables, offering a sophisticated communal space where guests can unwind and enjoy the surroundings. This upper terrace is shared by all units within the estate and serves as a graceful extension of the living spaces, encouraging a sense of community while preserving the privacy of each individual apartment.

Mariuccia One is a thoughtfully appointed apartment that develops across 2 floors. The ground floor is accessed from the patio and features a spacious sitting room with a fireplace and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and an electric American drip coffee machine. The first floor hosts a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, and a large modern bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms across the estate are located on the upper floors, and as a result the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Each apartment is well furnished and carefully maintained, and all units are equipped with a refrigerator, telephone, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave. Mariuccia One can be connected with unit 2 and is able to accommodate up to 5 guests; please inquire for availabilities. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Check-in takes place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Upon request and with the approval of the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm can be arranged for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 200 Euro is collected upon arrival and returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and heating costs are metered and charged according to consumption. A utilities deposit of 50 Euro per week is required upon arrival to cover heating costs. A range of additional services is available upon request, including babysitting, cook service, airport or local transfers, extra maid service, and laundry.
