Casa Verbano is a charming property that extends across 2 floors, covering approximately 160 square metres in total, and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across its 2 levels, all furnished with modern furniture and enhanced by large windows that frame spectacular views over the lake.

On the main floor, a generous living area with sofas and a working fireplace flows naturally into a dedicated dining area, creating an inviting space for relaxation and meals. The spacious kitchen on this level is well equipped and includes an electric oven, a fridge, and a freezer. This floor also hosts 1 double bedroom and a second bedroom fitted with twin beds that can be joined together to form a double. The 2 bathrooms on this level offer different configurations, one featuring a bathtub and the other a shower. Direct access from the kitchen leads to the outdoor garden area with a barbecue.

On the upper floor, 2 further twin bedrooms are available, each with beds that can also be joined to form a double arrangement. These rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A bathroom with shower serves this floor.

Casa Verbano is part of the Arrive and Relax service, which is included in the rental price exclusively for bookings made from June 29 to August 30. This service consists of a brought-in dinner left ready for guests to reheat independently, with no additional service provided. The menu is suitable for vegetarian guests as well, though no changes are possible to the first night dinner. The meal typically includes pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad, with bread, water, and wine included. A basic grocery package is also provided, comprising milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, and cereals.

The property is located within easy reach of several local destinations, with Meina at 1 km, Arona at 4 km, Stresa at 10 km, and Malpensa Airport at 33 km. There are 8 golf courses within a 15 to 40 minute drive, including the Golf Club Castelconturbia, venue of the 2 OPEN D'ITALIA.

Lake Maggiore, one of the most celebrated holiday rental destinations in northern Italy, offers visitors spectacular gardens and parks, including the Parco della Val Grande, the largest wilderness area in Italy, as well as historic villas, castles, sacred routes, and medieval churches. The three Borromeo Islands are considered the lake's main attraction, among them Isola Madre and Isola Bella, home to the Borromeo palaces and gardens, and the charming Isola dei Pescatori. The Eremo di Santa Caterina stands on a rocky cliff just above the water in front of Stresa. Outdoor activities in the area include sailing, water skiing, canoeing, golfing, trekking, and horse riding. The car-free town of Orta San Giulio is also within reach and is considered a true local gem.

The property is accessible by plane via Malpensa Airport, which is between 20 and 45 minutes away. By train, the international line connects to Milan, Genoa, Zurich, and Basel via Cisalpino, and Milan to Paris via Stendhal. By road, motorways A26 and A8 link the lake to Genova, Milano, and the Simplon.

A minimum stay of 1 week applies, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and check-out must be completed by 9am. A refundable security deposit of 500 Euro is collected on arrival by credit card and returned upon departure, less any charges for damages. Additional expenses payable on site include a final cleaning fee of 200 Euro and a baby bed and high chair rental at 50 Euro per week. Heating is included up to 10 Euro per day, and air conditioning is included up to 50 Euro per week, with any amount exceeding this threshold charged to the guests.
