Casa Rossa is a nice property consiting of 3 completely reovated units turned into 6 holiday apartments and a cottage. The holiday facility has maintained its original architectural structure and is located on the Chianti hills in panoramic position.
Every apartment has its independent entrance to guarantee privacy and peace to guests who stay there. A swimming pool is at guests' disposal as well as a wide garden to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside of the Chianti Area.
At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet is available. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds.
Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicolar leading to the medieval walled town centre 4 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km. A lake with sport-fishing facilities and a riding-stable are approx. 5 km from the property away.

This exceptional property is completely surrounded by the overflowing nature that characterizes the northernmost part of Upper Lazio and the neighboring provinces of Grosseto, Siena, Terni, and Perugia. The farmhouse features a large, well-kept garden overlooked by a magnificent non-heated swimming pool measuring 7x14 meters, which is always impeccably maintained. The property comprises three very comfortable apartments built within the completely renovated rural farmhouse, each with an independent entrance, a charming fireplace, and rustic-style furnishings. The kind and hospitable owners make available to you a small organic vegetable garden located on the edge of the garden, where you can taste seasonal vegetables. The entire area is fenced, offering privacy and security during your stay.

The village is conveniently situated only 800 meters from the property. During mid and low season, upon request, it is possible to rent the property at a reduced price without La Ghiandaia living room. Pets are welcome at the property. The consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms with weekly linen changes, and final cleaning are all included in the rental price.
