A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for all bookings at Villa Thyrrenia. The rental price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen, and towels, ensuring a comfortable and well-prepared arrival. A high chair and cot are available upon request at no additional charge, making the property a thoughtful choice for families travelling with young children. A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required and must be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night applies for a maximum of 6 nights and is to be paid on site in accordance with local regulations. Please be aware that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9 pm, and this amount must be settled directly on site.
