A smooth terrace on the ground floor is furnished for outdoor living, with a shaded dining table and lounge seating area between the villa and pool. The upper floor features a panoramic wraparound terrace with outdoor lounge furniture. The garden is fully enclosed and also includes a paved sun terrace around the pool and an electric car charging point.

Swimming Pool:
The pool is located in the garden, just a few steps from the villa, and is surrounded by a paved terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and hills. Rectangular in shape; measures 12 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; accessed via Roman steps; equipped with a hydromassage area and surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. Open from 30 April to 24 September.
