For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, guests also receive a special ceramic kit by the artist Rosalinda Acampora, representing the symbols of the local land and including a hand-painted plate by the artist, a lemon, a tomato, and a ceramic horn. The property features a pellet fireplace available during the winter season from 1 November to 30 March, providing a warm and cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a Smart TV, and the guest bedroom additionally features an Apple TV and a DVD player. Weekly linen is included in the rental. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable cash deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges in the event of damages.
