Beautifully furnished and well-kept detached house with garden in the Montignoso district, approx. 3 km from the sea. The house is reached by a little-used road or path, you can park opposite on the owner's property. The garden is beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants and very well maintained. There are 2 dining tables with chairs.
The house has approx. 80m2, 2 terraces, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, next to the bathroom with washing machine. The spacious living room with pellet stove has a flat screen TV, table and sofa. A few stairs up is the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom with a french bed and an additional bed.
From the house you can admire the panorama of Castello Aghinolfi.

You should not bring a car as there is no parking at or near the house, although if you do have a car, parking is available in a garage in town. Porter service is available but must be prearranged before arrival. Grocery shopping with delivery service is provided by Portofino and Santa Margherita supermarkets.
