Additional in-home comforts include a DVD player, a washer-dryer, and central heating for cooler periods. Bed linen and household linens are included in the rental rates, as are electricity, water, and gas. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 2000 EUR is required and must be paid by credit card pre-authorization, with the amount not debited from your card.
