Villa Elpida operates under a set of rental guidelines designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights during low and mid season, 4 nights during high season, and 6 nights during peak season. Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 1,500 euro will be required in the form of an authorization to charge a credit or debit card. The property manager will inspect the villa following departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities attributable to the tenant or any person residing in or invited to the property. The security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain outstanding for whatever reason. The use of the helipad for landing or parking is available and subject to additional charges. A comprehensive range of services is included with every stay, encompassing daily maid service, pool maintenance, linen and bath towel changes twice weekly, pool towel changes on a daily basis, concierge assistance and travel guidance from the moment of booking through to departure, vacation planning for the ultimate Mykonos experience, check-in and check-out assistance, as well as recommendations and reservations to all destinations across the island. A dedicated concierge team remains at your disposal throughout the entirety of your stay.
