Alle Fornaci is a lovely stone building with air conditioning, WiFi internet and pool. The villa / farmhouse / home has been divided into a total of 15 separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 71 people comfortably. Alle Fornaci is located in the centre of Latereto, Italy and only 22 km (14 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings".
IMPORTANT: Please note that, for liability reasons, upon entering the property, minors must be accompanied by their parents or by a person who manages their guardianship, which will be held responsible for any damage caused to property and / or persons during their stay.
In case a group books the full property, a communal dining area is available on request (to be paid extra), for lunches and dinners.
Please note that the relative kitchen can be used only by the property's cook.
There is also a tipical tuscan restaurant with pizzeria on the property, which is also open to the public only a few days of the week.

Beyond the borgo itself, the wider estate encompasses 48 hectares of land distributed among extensive woodland, vast arable fields, meadows, and a large olive grove, all of which can be freely explored on foot or used for sporting activities. The non-heated swimming pool is located in the section of the park that borders the woodland and is surrounded by tall, shady trees. It can be reached from the courtyard via an internal path of approximately 350 metres. Rectangular in shape and measuring 8 by 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, the pool is lined in PVC and bordered by terracotta paving. It is equipped with chlorine purification, a metal ladder for water access, and internal lighting that also illuminates the surrounding area. The adjacent sunbathing lawn is furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The porch directly in front of the main villa, accessible from the kitchen, is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table, making it an ideal setting for al fresco meals in the Tuscan countryside. On the first floor, a spacious panoramic veranda is equipped with a gym area featuring a treadmill and a stepper, as well as a play area with a table tennis table. Additional outdoor seating and dining areas are arranged in front of the annexes, sheltered by verandas and porches, perfect for convivial gatherings or quiet moments of private relaxation. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool occupies a private terrace positioned at a lower level than the villa, approximately 30 metres from the house and accessed via 2 gates and a short stone staircase. The pool measures 15 x 7 metres with a depth ranging from a minimum of 1.40 metres to a maximum of 2.5 metres. The tub is covered in PVC with a stone edge and is accessible via a ladder or internal steps on one side. The purification system is hybrid, alternating chlorine with active ions. The surrounding lawn is furnished with a gazebo, deckchairs, and armchairs, while a cold-water shower and a bathroom with shower are also available in the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

On the first floor, an additional living room and TV room provides a comfortable secondary lounge. On one side of this space, a double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a double entrance.
