The first floor hosts a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, and a large modern bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms across the estate are located on the upper floors, and as a result the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Each apartment is well furnished and carefully maintained, and all units are equipped with a refrigerator, telephone, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave. Mariuccia One can be connected with unit 2 and is able to accommodate up to 5 guests; please inquire for availabilities. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Check-in takes place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Upon request and with the approval of the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm can be arranged for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 200 Euro is collected upon arrival and returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and heating costs are metered and charged according to consumption. A utilities deposit of 50 Euro per week is required upon arrival to cover heating costs. A range of additional services is available upon request, including babysitting, cook service, airport or local transfers, extra maid service, and laundry.
