The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

Conveniently located 6 km (4 mi) from Colle Di Val D'elsa, Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from San Gimignano. Borgo Santinovo is a beautiful holiday rental with shared pool. The vacation home has been designed with a total of 12 private units. The property can sleep up to 42 guests comfortably in 22 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms.


The farmhouse dining room can seat about 45 people comfortably (a maximum of 50 can be accommodated, but obviously space will be tighter). It is equipped with a kitchen and a small bathroom. It is used for dinners and breakfasts and is generally for the exclusive use of the property.
However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. In the event of damage to the lounge, furniture, kitchen equipment or bathroom, the full amount will be retained.

Upon arrival you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.
