In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.
Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.
A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.

The surrounding solarium is paved with teak-effect anti-slip resin slats and is furnished with sun loungers, tables, an umbrella, and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
