38 km west of Seinäjoki, Perälampi pond (width 75 m, length 125 m) 35 m, next to the jetty there is a shallow gravel beach suitable for children, the rest of the lake shore is deep. The pond has water from a spring. The cottage does not have a rowing boat.
Wooden cottage (1989), living room with sofa bed (140x200 cm bed for two), soapstone fireplace, TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed, two lofts, one of which has one 120x200 cm bed, the other loft, which is accessed by steep stairs, has one 80x200 cm bed.

Guests should be aware that bed linen and towels are not available for rental at this property and must therefore be brought from home. Regarding the water supply, the guest house and sauna building requires water to be carried from the main cottage. Similarly, the sea shore sauna building has a water pipe available during the summer months, while during the winter period water must also be carried from the main cottage. Charging of a motor home, caravan, or electric car is available on site, though there is no official charging point, and payment for this service is made directly to the owner upon arrival.

The rental of the hot tub includes filling, preheating, and emptying water after the rental period. Note that the hot tub will not be ready for immediate use after preheating, although preheating speeds up the heating process. The guests must complete heating the hot tub to the desired temperature.
The yard includes an electric outlet for car heating. An electric vehicle can be charged from this outlet (16A) with the guest’s own charging device at an additional cost (payment directly to the owner).
