It is important to note that the hot tub will not be ready for immediate use upon arrival after preheating, as preheating only speeds up the heating process, and guests are responsible for completing the heating to their desired temperature. Adjacent to the terrace, a grill hut with a grill provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and convivial gatherings in the fresh Finnish air. The yard is equipped with an electric outlet for car heating, and electric vehicles can also be charged from this 16A outlet using the guest's own charging device, with payment made directly to the owner at an additional cost.

Guests also have access to a separate guest house and sauna building of 32 square metres, which includes a combined living room and kitchen with a double bed, a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom, a dressing room, and an open porch. The property is ideally suited to accommodate up to 2 families holidaying together, and guests also have the use of a private boat, making this an outstanding base for exploring the surrounding coastal waters.
