The glazed porch, furnished with a sofa and chairs, also contains an additional 120x200 cm bed, which serves as an optional sleeping place and is not counted in the official accommodation capacity.

The rental of the hot tub includes filling, preheating, and emptying of the water after the rental period. It is important to note that the hot tub will not be ready for immediate use upon arrival after preheating, as preheating only speeds up the heating process, and guests are responsible for completing the heating to their desired temperature. Adjacent to the terrace, a grill hut with a grill provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and convivial gatherings in the fresh Finnish air. The yard is equipped with an electric outlet for car heating, and electric vehicles can also be charged from this 16A outlet using the guest's own charging device, with payment made directly to the owner at an additional cost.
