To reach the main pedestrian street (Via Matteotti) there is a shorcut path via a pedestrian staircase, going from the condominium to the street level, and in 1 minute you're in the very centre of Sanremo!
La Pigna (old town of Sanremo) is 300 m away.
Our recommendation: discover the coast on a bike! You can find different bike rental shops in all Sanremo. Closest one is about 800 m away, on the cycling path.
Thanks to the bikes, you can also visit some nice free beaches along the coast. The cycling path connects Bordighera to Imperia - more than 30 km of flat road, with some incredible scenic views and beaches.
If you come by car: we recommend PALAFIORI parking place (350 m away) More parking lots (paid) are available in the city, in the surrounding. PALAFIORI is one of the closest and one of the best prices (as of end of 2025: 18 E per day).

Villa Lucrezia in San Lorenzo al Mare: an old railway tollgate has been transformed into a lovely small villa, just over the beach.
The apartment is on the first floor, it has a large panoramic terrace with an amazing sea view.
Bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa-bed double, equipped kitchen, bathroom.
Dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite TV with European free-to-air channels.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE LOCATION OF THE HOUSE:
The house can't be reached directly by car, because it's on the cycling path and pedestrian street "Pista Ciclabile del Ponente Ligure".
This path is forbidden to the car traffic. The house is located 400m from the closest parking area (paid parking area - hourly fares).
When guests arrive, we suggest to park their car in this parking (next to the old train station of San Lorenzo al Mare).
Then, they have to walk to the house, about 400 metres of flat road (the cycling-pedestrian path).
There is NOT a private parking place at the house. The house cannot be reached directly by car.
