The apartment on the 1st floor is a non-smoking property and does not have a lift. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisting of 2 separable beds, measuring 180 cm in width in total. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, and the open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. 1 private parking space is provided in front of the house at no additional charge. Guests also have access to a shared ski and bike room as well as a communal laundry room located in house A of the superstructure.
