The outdoor dining area, positioned alongside the house, is shaded by an umbrella and offers a comfortable space for alfresco meals. A fixed barbecue is located just a few steps away, making outdoor cooking a natural part of the experience. The above-ground octagonal swimming pool, measuring 6.40 x 3.40 meters with a constant depth of 1.20 meters, is situated approximately 30 meters from the cottage on a lower level, reached via a short sloping path laid with Chianti stones in a distinctive lost steps pattern. The non-heated pool is lined in PVC and equipped with internal lighting, a chlorine purification system, and a wooden ladder for water access. The surrounding solarium area is shaded by oak trees and furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs, while a cold-water shower is conveniently located at the side of the pool. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
