Villa Mouna welcomes guests with a thoughtful Welcome Kit upon arrival, which includes mineral water in the fridge, 1 kg of pasta with tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, and coffee. For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, guests also receive a special ceramic kit by the artist Rosalinda Acampora, representing the symbols of the local land and including a hand-painted plate by the artist, a lemon, a tomato, and a ceramic horn. The property features a pellet fireplace available during the winter season from 1 November to 30 March, providing a warm and cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a Smart TV, and the guest bedroom additionally features an Apple TV and a DVD player. Weekly linen is included in the rental. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable cash deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges in the event of damages. A final cleaning fee applies and is to be paid upon arrival. A city tax of 3.00 euros per person per day applies to all guests aged 18 and over, also payable upon arrival. Guests who do not comply with the house rules may be subject to penalties according to the specific circumstances.
