The farm mainly produces cereals, but around the house you can also enjoy the view of vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. The owners will be happy to let you taste and buy their pure Sangiovese wine, extra virgin olive oil and other products of the farm, proudly handed down from father to daughter.
The house is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, shaded and filled with flowers and plants. In the relaxation area, furnished with table and chairs, you can comfortably enjoy your meals in the open air. At the back of the house, in a sunny position, there is a swimming pool measuring 4.5x9m, 1.50m deep and completely fenced ( open from 16 May to 30 September) for the safety of your children.

It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. Set among green hills and fertile cultivated fields, not far from Monte San Savino, Casa Antica is a stone farmhouse immersed in the enchanting scenery of the Tuscan countryside. From here you can venture out on countless walks among sunflowers and ears of corn, enjoying the wonderful colours of the fields and woods.
Monte San Savino is an ancient village that still retains its architectural features. The town walls and the numerous medieval and renaissance buildings make it a place full of charm and equipped at the same time with shops, typical restaurants and modern services of all kinds.
