Casa Riccio operates under a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, with a flexible arrival day available throughout the season, with the exception of the period from 25/07/2026 to 22/08/2026, during which arrivals are permitted on Saturdays only. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in arrangement is available for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00, subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 140 kWh, with an additional charge of 0.40 euros per kWh applied for consumption exceeding this threshold. Final cleaning is included, along with a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a mid-week change of bath towels, a weekly reset of the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, as well as a welcome basket containing breakfast items. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, during the period from 01/04 to 30/11, payable in cash upon arrival.
