Juotas Village is a charming apartment surrounded by countryside landscape, located near the river Kemijoki. The apartment has been renovated and decorated in a traditional style. The farm has a workshop that manufactures leather goods and a café. There are two Finnish horses grazing in the yard, possibility to ride.
65 km southeast from Rovaniemi city center. No own beach. Distance to the river Kemijoki is 500 m, lean-to shelter and boat ramp located on the beach. Public swimming beach by the artificial lake Juottaa, distance 500 m.

Additionally, there is the possibility to rent a hot tub pre-heated for an extra fee arranged directly with the owner. To ensure availability, you are kindly asked to place your hot tub request with the owner no later than 3 days before your arrival. The hot tub is oil heated and fully automated, with a thermostat that maintains the water at a consistently comfortable temperature. The owner will personally guide you in using the hot tub and will collect the usage fee on site. On the plot, a dog compound and a 50-metre running wire are available for guests travelling with dogs.

In Ranua, Impiö, about 120 km southeast of Rovaniemi, there is a spacious log cabin on the shore of Lake Akonlampi. This two-story holiday home, built in 2005 and renovated in 2020, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 100 square meters of the cabin offer plenty of space even for a larger group. Upstairs there is a bright living area with direct access to the terrace to enjoy the sounds of nature and the view of the water. In addition, upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two 80 cm wide beds. Downstairs there is a private entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, a living area, a separate toilet with a shower cabin and a wood-fired sauna with a dressing room - the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Downstairs there is also one bedroom (160 cm double bed) and a sofa bed that opens into an additional 140 cm wide bed.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and there is a handy dog fence in the yard – furry family members will also enjoy themselves here!
