Villa Clemente operates under a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights, which extends to 7 nights for arrivals on any day of the week during the period from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in, available from after 21:00 until 24:00, can be arranged upon request and may be subject to an additional fee. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, a final cleaning service, a midweek change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms covering 4 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot. Please note that the city tax is not included in the rates and amounts to 2.00 euros per person per night, payable locally in cash.
