The property sits just 250 meters from the shore of Lake Venetekämä, a clean and inviting body of water approximately 4 km in length and 1 km in width, characterized by a hard, shallow sandy bottom and clear water within a watershed area. A pier and a rowing boat are available on the shore, inviting guests to explore the lake at their own pace. The living room opens directly onto a large open terrace where guests can relax, cool off, or enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the surrounding landscape. The farmhouse is further surrounded by a sunny courtyard that includes a 19th-century shed, a 20th-century barn building with wood storage and recycling points, a garden, a covered barbecue shed, and a cellar. Structures visible across the property serve as a reminder of its role as a filming location for the Finnish television series "FarmiSuomi" during the seasons of 2019 to 2021, covering seasons 1 through 3. For families with children, the outdoor area during summer months offers swings, a trampoline, a fireball set, soccer goals, balls, and fireball bats, while sticks and propellers are available during winter. This beach sauna is available from April through May until the end of October, and rechargeable lamps are provided in both the sauna and the dressing room. The courtyard sauna, built in 1970 and renovated in 2000, features a dressing room, a wood heater, and a heater tank, with water sourced from a manual well located 20 meters away. It also includes a covered small terrace and a dressing room. The third sauna is located within the ground floor washroom of the main house and is equipped with an electric stove.

Farmhouse Sipilä warmly welcomes guests traveling with pets, subject to an additional fee. To ensure a comfortable stay for families with young children, the house is equipped with toys, games, books, a baby bed, a high chair, a stool, and a potty in the washroom. Linen, including sheets and towels, as well as final cleaning, can be arranged as additional services upon request. Should guests choose not to book the final cleaning service, they are required to carry out the cleaning themselves in accordance with the reservation conditions.
