It is worth noting that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival. The non-heated swimming pool, sited on a lower level relative to the house and oriented to the south, is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It features an attractive kidney shape and measures 11 x 7.3 metres, with a minimum diameter of 4.80 metres near the ladder. The depth ranges from 1.10 metres to 1.80 metres, and the pool is lined in PVC with salt purification. Entry to the water is via Roman steps equipped with hydromassage vents. The pool border is paved with antiqued tiles that harmonise beautifully with the exterior of the house and the surrounding countryside. Both external lighting and internal pool lighting are provided. The solarium area surrounding the pool is furnished with sun umbrellas, sunbeds, small tables, and an outdoor hot water shower. From this vantage point, guests can enjoy a sweeping and evocative panorama over the wooded countryside of the Sienese Montagnola, which gently slopes down toward the Piana di Rosia, a landscape that shifts continuously with the changing shadows and reflections of the sun. In the background, the inactive volcano of Monte Amiata rises majestically at 1,738 metres above sea level, standing as the most important ski resort of southern Tuscany and presiding over the surrounding valleys of the Val d'Orcia and the Maremma.
