The ground floor is dedicated entirely to the living areas and can be accessed from several different entry points. The main entrance, located to the side of the villa, leads into an elegant entrance hall with a guest bathroom, from which guests can access the fully-equipped kitchen, designed rigorously in Tuscan style, the living room featuring a fireplace and a television corner, and the formal dining room. An internal stone staircase connects the ground floor to the upper level, where the sleeping area is arranged. On this floor, guests will find 3 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, where the beds can be joined together upon request to form a double configuration. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable rest throughout the warmer months.

This check-up is carried out to verify the consistency of the property description, the condition and operability of all listed accessories, and to guarantee the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort for all guests. The acceptance of pets at the facility must be previously authorised by the owner, and guests are required to communicate in advance the number, size, and breed of any animals they intend to bring. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals. The Zer0Dep Guarantee is included in the rental rate, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either upon balance or on arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
