Villa Jamie operates under a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights, extended to 7 nights during the months of July and August. The rental price includes the consumption of gas, water, and electricity, as well as 1 set of bath towels per person, bed linens, a baby cot, and a high chair. From 2025, the high chair and cot are provided free of charge, and a final cleaning fee of 120 euros applies. Air conditioning is available and will be charged at 0.50 euros per kWh, to be settled on site. A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required and must be paid upon arrival. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night applies for a maximum of 6 nights and is to be paid on site in accordance with local regulations. Should you require a check-in after 21:00, a surcharge of 20 euros will be applied and must also be settled on site.
