Villa Gaius is configured across 2 main floors, with a third level leading to the iconic panoramic turret, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, past the entrance gate and up a few steps through the main door, you are welcomed into a spacious living area featuring a fireplace. This connects via a sliding door to a small dining room, which in turn leads to a well-equipped kitchen and then through to the veranda, serving as the main dining room. Also on the ground floor are a guest bathroom and a cosy TV room with a bookcase. An elegant marble staircase with a wrought iron railing in the entrance hall leads to the first floor, which comprises 4 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with a small covered terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The second is a double bedroom situated in a loft space, accessed via wooden stairs, and includes a double sofa bed. The third is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, served by a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The fourth double bedroom features a small terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. From this last bedroom, a further set of wooden stairs leads up to the panoramic turret, which is arranged as a study with a desk and sofas. The laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is located in a basement room accessible from the outside.

Villa Gaius is a property that combines historical character with modern convenience, having been renovated in 2004 while preserving its original Art Nouveau style. The entrance gate to the property is shared with the owners, who reside in an annex adjacent to the villa but separated by a fence. An additional covered parking area at the rear of the garden is also shared with the owners. Pets are welcome at the property. An alarm system is available on request. The property has been subjected to a technical inspection by a qualified responsible party before the start of the season, ensuring that all features, accessories, and facilities are consistent with the description provided and are in proper working and maintained condition. Guests are kindly asked to follow the waste disposal rules provided at check-in.
