The rental price includes daily cleaning for 4 hours, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and public holidays excluded, as well as gardener and pool maintenance services. Pool towels are provided, and bath towels are changed on Wednesdays. Internet WiFi is included and unlimited throughout the stay.

Additional costs are payable upon arrival and include a utility deposit for air conditioning and heating, with air conditioning metered and heating metered separately.
