A large, stone-built kitchen is very well equipped with a gas stove, a fireplace for grilling, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, and additional appliances. A separate library with a fireplace and satellite TV offers a refined space for relaxation, while a studio equipped with a phone, fax machine, and printer is also available, along with a mobile phone provided for guest use.
The night section on the ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a second bathroom with shower. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 75 days prior to the arrival date. A refundable cash security deposit of 2,000.00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges for damages. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. House rules are in place and penalties may be applied in the event of non-compliance.
