The surrounding landscape shifts with the seasons, with arable land and vineyards painting the hills in shades of yellow and ochre during summer, while woodland flora including wild asparagus, dog rose, butcher's broom, hawthorn, juniper, holly, bay, strawberry trees, and blackthorn complete the natural tapestry. Stone and travertine steps connect the various levels of the property, making it easy to stroll through the grounds. Past the automatic entrance gate, a short dirt and gravel drive leads to the parking area. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2 metres, is positioned approximately 8 metres from the house and can be reached across the level lawn. Bordered in stone and lined with PVC, the pool features chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy access to the water. It is enclosed within a fenced area and set against a beautiful panoramic backdrop from which guests can admire spectacular sunsets over the Val d'Orcia. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is bordered by hedges and bushes and equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables, and sun umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.
