It is equipped with chlorine purification, a hydromassage system, and internal lighting, and its lining in hand-moulded marble stone allows it to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is well equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, offering the perfect setting to unwind while admiring the fiery Tuscan sunsets. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

The villa has been skilfully restored with its original architectural features and its ancient charm preserved and turned into a charming country house with private swimming pool. This villa offers splendid views over vineyards and olive groves and is an ideal destination for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. The villa is nicely and comfortably furnished in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved and partially steep road not suitable for sports cars.
