The main villa is arranged across several floors, each thoughtfully designed to maximise both functionality and the enjoyment of the views. The main level houses a fully equipped modern kitchen with sea views and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as a computer working space for 2 people. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are available: the first features a king-size bed, a television, and a balcony with sea and pool views; the second offers a queen-size bed, a television, and a balcony with sea views; and the third features a queen-size bed, a television, and a terrace with views over the land at the rear of the house. These 3 bedrooms are served by 2 full bathrooms with shower cabins located on the same floor. From the main entrance, stairs descend to the lower floor, where guests will find a spa room with a large hot tub, gym equipment, a sitting area with satellite television, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with shower. The adjacent guest house features a separate private entrance and welcomes guests into a fully equipped kitchen complete with a small dining table. An open-plan area on the same level includes a bedroom corner at the rear and a living area at the front. On the floor above the living area there is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed. On the lower level from the living area, there is a further bedroom with a queen-size bed, a hot tub, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second full bathroom with steam bath, shower, and double washbasin serves the upper floor bedrooms of the guest house. Throughout the entire estate, amenities include air conditioning, hair dryers, fully equipped kitchens, safety boxes, satellite television, toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers.
