The main villa is arranged across several floors, each thoughtfully designed to maximise both functionality and the enjoyment of the views. The main level houses a fully equipped modern kitchen with sea views and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as a computer working space for 2 people. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are available: the first features a king-size bed, a television, and a balcony with sea and pool views; the second offers a queen-size bed, a television, and a balcony with sea views; and the third features a queen-size bed, a television, and a terrace with views over the land at the rear of the house. These 3 bedrooms are served by 2 full bathrooms with shower cabins located on the same floor. From the main entrance, stairs descend to the lower floor, where guests will find a spa room with a large hot tub, gym equipment, a sitting area with satellite television, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with shower. The adjacent guest house features a separate private entrance and welcomes guests into a fully equipped kitchen complete with a small dining table. An open-plan area on the same level includes a bedroom corner at the rear and a living area at the front. On the floor above the living area there is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed. On the lower level from the living area, there is a further bedroom with a queen-size bed, a hot tub, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
