From here, every day, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the city of Arezzo and its valleys, a view that becomes even more suggestive at night with the thousands of tiny lights that seem to chase each other. You will reach the centre of Arezzo in less than 10 minutes by car and here you will find all the necessary amenities and services, as well as museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to visit.

Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid holiday in Umbria. After a hectic day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Italian culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. This beautiful farmhouse is divided internally into 3 non-communicating apartments: 1 (sleeps 5) on the ground floor and 2 (sleeps 4 and 6 people) upstairs. On the ground floor there is also a large room for the guests use, set up on 2 levels with large fireplace, tables and chairs, WC and 3 steps below: a big professional kitchen with oven, freezer, stove and dishwasher.
The area is renowned for its truffles and the owners organize (on request) wonderful truffle and game based dinners.
