Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
The villa is surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards. It is also an historic area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth. Although it might seem like an isolated area, the village center is only 2km away, where it is possible to find a minimarket and a supermarket at 3km.

The pool terrace is partially paved with terracotta and is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A portico positioned in front of the annex kitchen and overlooking the pool serves as an elegant outdoor dining space, complete with a table, chairs, and a barbecue nearby. Several dedicated relaxation areas are thoughtfully arranged throughout the grounds, inviting you to enjoy peaceful moments surrounded by nature.
The panoramic non-heated swimming pool is located on the same level as the villa, approximately 30 metres away, and is accessible via a path across the lawn or two flights of steps. Rectangular in shape and measuring 17 x 8 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres, it is lined in PVC and equipped with a chlorine purification system and five submerged steps for easy access. The surrounding solarium, finished in travertine and lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, tables, sofas, armchairs, a gazebo, and umbrellas, creating an inviting space for relaxation. Both internal and external lighting allow for nighttime use of the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
