This villa has been recently finely renovated, with top quality materials and hi-tech equipments. It is situated in Marina del Cantone in Massa Lubrense between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The villa is about 20 km far from Sorrento as well as from Positano and it is located in an ancient and beautiful small village of fishermen where you can find any kind of facility (restaurants, diving center, boats to rent, collective daily excursions, minimarket, bus stop). “Villa delle Sirene” consists of an indoor space, which is approximately 400 sq.m. large and an outside area with a garden which is accurately maintained. There is also a parking near the entrance of the property.
The villa is composed by 3 levels:
The first level is on the ground floor and it is provided with a huge living room which is approximately 120 sq.m. large, divided into different zones: a dining table that can accommodate up to 20 people; a living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace;, a sitting area with comfortable sofas; TV area with High-tech TV, Bose, computer area, Sat Tv. The hall is connected from different openings to the garden, where there are the outside terrace and the kitchen, that is provided with huge work benches made of stainless steel in order to better organize your dinners, big fridges, ice maker and all the tools and accessories that can occur, all of them made of top quality material. By the way, a cook can be at your disposal (on request at an extra cost)
In the living room there is a bathroom for the guests.
All bedrooms are on the upper floors of the villa and they have an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore all of them are provided with orthopedic mattresses, in 2 bedrooms there are memory form mattresses, in 3 of the bedrooms there is safe as well and 4 bedrooms are provided with minibars. Finally, in 4 bedrooms there is a king-size bed, while in 1 bedroom there is a queen- size bed.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with all comforts; 1 bedroom is provided with a Jacuzzi and offers the opportunity of experiencing the chromo-therapy. The rooms on this level have a comfortable and beautiful living area with sofa. At this level there is a terrace with a solarium and a Jacuzzi whose size is 4x3.8 meters and from there you can enjoy of an amazing view over the bay of Marina del Cantone. This terrace is exposed to the sun optimally.
On the 3rd floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one of them with a beautiful terrace with sea view.
This villa has been projected and built with the only aim of providing the best comfort, using materials, colors, lights that offer a total relax to the guests.
At the distance of about 1 km from the villa, there is the beach of Nerano where you can find several restaurants. There is also a nice pier where you can dock with your own boat or you can rent one (with or without captain).

This elevator allows guests to reach the doors of the palazzo from the Amalfi Drive in just a few minutes. As the elevator is not managed by the villa management, any inconvenience related to its operation cannot be attributed to them. For those who prefer a more scenic approach, a 10-minute walk including 190 steps remains a perfectly enjoyable alternative.
Check-in takes place on Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:00 during high season, and at 16:00 during low season, including on weekdays. Check-out is required by 10:00 am in all seasons. A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 Euro is required prior to check-in via pre-authorization on a credit card and will be returned in full at the end of the stay provided no damage to the property has occurred. Upon arrival, an additional deposit of 2,000 Euro is required to be paid exclusively in cash to the manager or butler of the building, to cover food, drinks, and any other services not included in the contract. The villa offers an enchanting view of the Gulfs of Naples and Massa Lubrense and olive trees, lemon groves, terraces and fields surround it, making this lovely home a complete oasis. It is surrounded by an array of colors, scented plants and flowers provoking one’s senses. The fragrance is inebriating.
The inviting pool is set in the garden and on the roof you will find a mini- pool Jacuzzi waiting to be enjoyed. The villa is subdivided into two separate units: the main house and the Saracen tower.
THE HOUSE
On the ground floor of the main house, we have a fireplace, a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower, along with a master bedroom, which has its own private bathroom. The bathroom belonging to the master bedroom includes a tub and a shower.
On the ground floor, we have an additional room with a washing machine, an iron and other required essentials for laundering purposes.
A wide and convenient granite staircase, with large windows that overlook the garden, leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there is another living room, complete with a satellite TV featuring Sky. This room leads to a beautiful terrace on which there is a marble dining table for 10 to 12 people. The terrace is covered by a pergola and connected to a kitchen which is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is also generously equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, breakfast cups, place mats and all the other daily necessities. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom, which is built on two levels and has a bathroom with a tub, a dressing room and a TV with My Sky. Another huge terrace, which is partly covered by a pergola, can be reached from this terrace thanks to a very convenient staircase. It is fully equipped with sun chairs, tables, sofas and armchairs with pillows. It has a magnificent mini Jacuzzi pool (heated) for 4 to 6 people. The house has a very spacious patio, which is also covered and equipped with tables, sofas and armchairs. Furthermore, the villa has a huge garden with comfortable sun chairs and tables that are arranged under an olive tree overlooking the sea. There is a very large porch at your disposal, should you choose to read a wonderful book in quietude and concentration. It is made of stones and conveniently equipped with comfortable tables and plush chairs.
You will find two added and welcome features, that being a characteristic well and a convenient pizza oven under the porch area, should you feel adventurous and may want to discover your hidden talent as a “Pizzaiolo”, pizza maker.

The second unit is an ancient Saracen tower which was beautifully restored and incorporated into this unit.
The structure is unique and equipped with every comfort one can possibly imagine, so that life at its best may be enjoyed in the villa.
This early sixteenth century Saracen tower is beautiful and extremely comfortable. On the ground floor, there is an ample space with a sofa bed, a television and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor has an enchanting bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, television, refrigerator, an espresso machine by Nespresso ® , air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bedroom offers a magnificent view of the surroundings of Sorrento from its double windows.
An extremely well-equipped terrace with sofas, armchairs and a fantastic sea view completes the tower. Viewing from this tower will make one’s imagination go wild, as you may picture a ship filled with the infamous invaders “Saracens” navigating their way to the nearby coast.
There are three entrance ways to the villa: the main one is located on a small porch from the 1900′s, the second entrance is in the garden and an additional one is in the parking lot. A pergola covers the parking area, which contains two parking spaces and an electric gate. Description
Villa Castore is a property with a large garden and a swimming pool. It is located 350 metres from the centre of “S.Agata sui due Golfi”, 7 km far from Sorrento and Positano and 5 km far from Nerano.
The entire area of the villa covers 400 sqm and it is spreads over three levels. It can accommodate up to 13 people and has got a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 1 dining-room, living-room and other facilities.
In detail it is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: where there is the entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine; the dining-room, a sauna, a jacuzzi that can accommodate together all guests of the villa, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and the garden with the swimming pool and the solarium.
- First floor: with a second entrance, three double bedrooms (one with a sleeping sofa) each of them equipped with en suite bathroom and a terrace with a marvelous view.
- Second floor: with twith one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and a single bedroom that can fit in a double. Furthermore there is a living room with another sleeping sofa.

Villa Sole di Amalfi, amazing property situated only 3.5 km from the centre of town, wonderful and peaceful position offering to its guest an enchanting view of the coast! Surrounded by the characteristic vegetation of the region the property develops in different levels of garden terraces all facing the sea, full of flowers such as bougainvillea, geranium, olive threes, pines. There are total of three terraces on which guests can enjoy a unique view relaxing on the built-in marble table and sits which make also a perfect spot for al fresco meals.
On the last terrace below is where the private swimming pool is (8x4 mt), equipped with sun lounges, two external showers. On a little corner terrace, just above the pool is the Jacuzzi bath for 4 people, the first terrace also offers a covered area with some gym equipment.
The house on its interiors consist into two units the main villa and its dependence for a total of 250 sqm inside and a 550 sqm of garden and terraces.
The villa also features a private parking spaces for 2/3 medium car size entrance is due an electric gate.
The villa furniture is elegant and very comfortable, the living area as sofas and flat screen Sat. TV French doors give access to the first terrace overlooking the sea.
The dining room as a large round table which can host up to 12 people, it is connected to the terrace and as well to the fully equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French door opening directly to the terrace.
On the left of the sitting room a small corridor leads to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower, one has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace. On the right side of the living area there is one other double bedroom with esnuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and sea view. The forth bedroom in the main house is situated on the floor above of the living room connected by internal marble staircase, it features double bed and an additional sofa bed for one single, private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
The annex consists in two bedrooms (one double and the other with twin beds) each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
