The land is predominantly flat, with a gently sloping area at the rear and a more elevated, hilly section where a whirlpool tub has been thoughtfully positioned beneath the shade of the trees. The property is naturally bordered by trees and hedges characteristic of the Abruzzo countryside, offering a sense of privacy and seclusion. The lawned area gracefully surrounds the swimming pool, which is located just a few metres from the villa. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 12 by 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It features a cement coating with an emerald river effect, chlorine purification, and internal steps in one corner for easy access. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for guests' comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A wooden gazebo equipped with tables and chairs serves as a charming outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco meals.
