Perched on the border between Tuscany and Lazio, it is located on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the pristine surrounding landscape. From here, you can admire the majestic Amiata and Cetona mountains, the serene Elvella River, the picturesque village of San Casciano dei Bagni, and the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve—creating a stunning natural panorama.

This idyllic retreat is ideally situated for day trips to renowned artistic and cultural destinations, including Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sorano, Pitigliano, Orvieto, the picturesque Lake Bolsena, and the rejuvenating thermal springs of San Casciano dei Bagni.

The house has been completely restored and divided into four apartments. All the apartments are large and comfortable and have been very well furnished.

The swimming pool (13 x 8 mt; depth: 1,40 mt) is located only a few metres from the house.
